1. Acceptance
By creating an Intensiq account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What Intensiq is
Intensiq is a training timer and log for High Intensity Training (HIT). It is software, not medical advice, not coaching, and not a substitute for a physician.
3. Eligibility & health
You confirm you are 18+ and have consulted a physician before performing intense resistance training. You assume all risk associated with exercise.
4. Subscriptions
Founder pricing is honoured for the lifetime of an active subscription. Cancellations end at the next billing cycle. Refunds within 30 days of first payment.
5. Acceptable use
Don't abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service. Don't upload illegal or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Data
Your training data belongs to you. We process it to run the app. See the privacy policy for details.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intensiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
